2. Tōrōgakure Acceptance Examination: Do you have what it takes to become a Shinobi?!
     There is a brief interview with some of the village council to examine each shinobi individually.
Partially to introduce them to the system, but more so to learn about their abilities and objectives,
possibly discover any hidden potentials, and begin to understand the motivations of said applicant. 

In the drawing, you could see baby Teppei sticking his tongue out (which he does at extreme happy feelings) after he got the scroll from the brief interview. He had made a mistake in his choice of words, but somehow managed to pass. He lets his mom sign so that he could finally start his journey in becoming a Shinobi he dreams of!
